HeadQuarters engages, educates, and empowers people to build and enjoy Mental Fitness—paving the way for a healthy, vibrant community. Mental Fitness is the purposeful practice of taking care of our mind. Through this, we gain the tools and skills to cope with everyday stressors, creating the resiliency to thrive.

WHAT TO BRING Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Everyone should bring indoor, non-marking sneakers. Women bring a pair of heels you can walk in comfortably. Men bring a pair of dress shoes if you have them.
